FROM ENQUIRY TO HANDOVER

Initial Enquiry
Tell us about your proposed project, including the location, type of dwelling and current stage of planning. We’ll review the initial details and discuss the next steps.

Plans & Approvals
We review your approved DA or CDC plans and project documentation. If you’re still planning, we can help you understand what may be required before construction begins.

CONTRACT & PROGRAM
Once the scope is agreed, we prepare the building contract and an indicative construction program outlining the key stages of the project.

Construction
We manage the building works, coordinate licensed trades, inspections and materials, and keep you informed throughout construction.

COMPLETION & HANDOVER
We complete a final walkthrough with you, address agreed outstanding items and provide the relevant handover documentation.
